Frequently asked questions
Is it free?
Yes. Your list, your progress, friends, groups, chat and alerts are free. Anime Track+ is optional and adds things like unlimited AI Discovery, the illustrated themes and unlimited lists.
Where does it work?
In your browser, on both phone and computer, at app.animetrack.org. The Android app is being tested by beta testers, and the Windows app will follow.
Why do I need to request access?
Because we're in a closed beta: we're letting a small group in to find and fix bugs before opening to everyone. Sign up and we'll let you know.
Can I bring my MyAnimeList list?
Yes. Export your list from MyAnimeList (it's an XML file) and import it into Anime Track. You can also import the anime saved in your browser bookmarks.
How do I sign in?
With your Google or Discord account. No new password needed.
What do you do with my data?
Only what's needed for the app to work, and we never sell it. You can delete your account and everything in it from the settings at any time. Full details in the privacy policy.
