The service
Anime Track is an app to keep track of the anime you watch, discover new anime and share it with others. It's currently in a closed beta: it may have bugs, change, or be unavailable for a while. We recommend exporting your list from time to time.
Your account
- You sign in with your Google or Discord account, and you're responsible for what's done with it.
- You must be at least 14 years old. By signing in, you declare that you are.
- Usernames can't impersonate someone else or be offensive.
What you post
What you write (comments, messages, lists, your profile) stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it inside the app to the people it's meant for, which is what's needed for the app to work.
You may not:
- Harass, threaten or insult others, or post hateful content.
- Post sexually explicit content or anything illegal.
- Spam, impersonate others or try to access other people's accounts.
- Try to break, overload or abuse the service, including AI Discovery.
- Spoil things on purpose in public places.
We may remove content that breaks these rules and suspend or close accounts that do. You can report content from within the app.
Anime Track+
- Anime Track+ is an optional monthly or yearly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel.
- On Android you pay through Google Play and on the web through Stripe. Your subscription works in both with the same account.
- You can cancel at any time from the store you bought it in, and you keep the benefits until the end of the period you've paid for.
- If you're a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days to withdraw from the subscription after buying it. If you start using the benefits during that time, you accept that the right of withdrawal may not apply to the period already used, as the law allows.
- During the beta, Anime Track+ can also be activated with gift codes.
Third-party content
Anime titles, logos, images and other information belong to their respective creators and rights holders. Anime Track claims no rights over them.
They are shown descriptively and illustratively, for purely informational and cataloguing purposes (identifying each work so you can keep your list), under the right of quotation and illustration in Article 32 of the Spanish Intellectual Property Law and, where applicable, the principle of fair use. If you own any content and want it removed, email jonathan@neiro.es and we'll deal with it as soon as possible.
Catalogue data comes from anime-offline-database (ODbL licence). Some synopses are AI-generated and may contain mistakes.
Liability
We do our best to keep Anime Track running well, but the service is provided as is, especially during the beta. We're not liable for indirect losses caused by bugs or outages, except where the law doesn't allow this to be excluded.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Your account and all its content are removed. If you have Anime Track+, cancel it first in the store you bought it from.
Changes and governing law
If we change these terms in an important way, we'll let you know in the app. They're governed by Spanish law. Any questions: jonathan@neiro.es.
